HEY! I have this too! I've had it for three years on the top of my

left foot. Mine isn't really stress related. I get it if I'm wearing

sneakers or tight shoes for too long (well I have it all the time, but

it gets really inflammed in those instances). My doctor put me on a

topical steroid initially to get it under control and now it hardly

bothers me at all. Where is your friends?

My friends is on her hands and arms, I think she was treating it,

but it never went away.
