Guest guest
I loved the seminar on cd. Thanks Zeb. I do have a question, organic food is so expensive here. I do buy raw fruits and veges. I have 5 children and I want to buy nutritious yet wholesome foods. I am eliminating foods out of the fridge and cabinets, as we speak. Can you give me an example of a menu for a day of the right foods to eat. I am still learning and I know that it sounds like common sense would do. Just try shopping with 5 and a husband! I will have to stand my ground with the change, and I will. I thought a basic nutritious menu would help start me off in the right direction, and if any of you have some good recipes for a large family, I would love to hear them. No refined sugar, is there a sweetner that is better? Also, my 3 year olds 2 front teeth are starting to decay close to the gum, is there any way to stop it? My 7 year old had the same thing, the dentist filled them in. I would rather do this as natural as possible. The homemade toothpaste I make, anything else?
