Badly Chapped Lips

For 15 years I have had badly chapped lips. NO chapped sticks worked

or anything else...Now they show small white spots(not bumps deep

under the lip skin) and red spots (like a blood blister) from so mush

abuse...I have been trying to coat them with vitamin e,primrose and

jojoba oils plus the last 2 days I have usedhydrocortesone cream and

anti-biotic cream... I prefer not to use the last 2 because of the

chemicals they contain and the petroleum but it does seemed to have

helped. Are there any suggestions concerning subsitiutes or other

remedies for chapped lips?
