Deana,

Great! What can I say, but GREAT! I think you starting see success.

I'm on the third day of the cleanse I'm doing, and I feel great this morning. The first couple days of doing the raw diet, I felt like I was starving. This morning I prepared my fruit smoothie - a large glass. I could only eat about one half and felt totally stuffed. So I'm beginning to believe that once you're on a healthy diet you won't need to eat as much.

I'm going to start adding my thyroid formula today. I waited until my bowels was moving well. Actually, I have only been using my thyroid meds every other day and I'm feeling fine. Since I'm going to start using a thyroid formula, I might continue to do this for about a month. If I'm still feeling fine, I will than reduce the meds by 1/2. I'm taking it one day at a time.

Hoping to hear you'll doing even better this today.
