Guest guest
Journal Entry 9 Day 9 - no levoxythyroxine SLEPT horrible last night. Had a really bad back of the neck headache all night long, and our son went back to the waking up every hour. He also got a cold yesterday it seems - I noticed a bit of runny noise at bedtime. 9am - morning detox pill with glass of water 30 mins before breakfast Ate breakfast and had my one cup of coffee (dont dare tell me to give it up.) Not yet! More water through the morning. and day. Ate Lunch - More water and took Omega 3 took the bladderwrack with a shot of water Did stretches and excersises. so far doing okay but losing some of the energy and starting to get that headache back again real sharp in the back of my head. well hoping for the best tonight . At least I made it through two nights now with now sleep aide. Guest guest
Journal Entry 9 Day 9 - no levoxythyroxine Wow. Are you still breastfeeding? Baby may be getting some of the slough off from your own detox. Keep up the good work on your diet and no meds and this will turn around. The cold means his body is probably sloughing off something on its own. Good job, keep us posted. Zeb
