Guest guest
Hi all! I wanted to know if anyone had suggestions for what I think is bursitis. I lift weights and noticed some pain in my right elbow...it is sore when I lift anything...pain radiating down the outside of forearm. I have started doing hot and cold therapy, laid off the weight lifting that entails using my arms and massage it with icy-hot or bengay at night. Is there anything else I can do to speed healing, either internally or externally? Thanky in advance Stevie aka: TincBaby
