Hello all,

I know that my friend needs to see a doctor about this on Monday but I

was wondering if anyone experienced something like this before? Just

today she noticed what seems to be a muscle spasm just to the left of

where her diaphragm would be. Sort of above the tummy area. No, she

didn't do any strenuous exercises yesterday or recently. Just had lots

of veggies to eat for dinner last night. There is no pain, just this

spasm. She mostly feels it when sitting but when she is standing and

feels for it, she can still feel it. Otherwise, she is feeling fine

just worried about this new development. I wonder what she can take to

calm things down and lessen these spasms. Any helpful information is

appreciated. Thanks. jlk

Magnesium would help her - homeopathic Mag Phos in warm water or a good

quality Magnesium product - + plenty of water - muscles often go into spasm

through dehydration - hot water would be beneficial - deep breathing and

yoga will also help

Thanks Jane.

I think you might have hit the nail on the head.

She said that she didn't drink much water yesterday . I am sharing my

Ultra Mag from Source Naturals with her and will let you know the

outcome later.

Great, if there is a HFS open today cell salts Ferr Phos also help - and a

heat pack can be good if they would like that - most people prefer hot to

cold - especially in that area .......
