CROP SPRAYING WHERE NO CROPS EXIST (EXCEPT HUMAN)

Here is a list of communities they are planning to spray for the uh-light brown apple moth:

The sprayings in San Francisco are expected to begin Aug. 1. Other infested areas to be sprayed as early as June include Oakland, Emeryville, Albany, Piedmont, El Sobrante, Daly City, Colma, Tiburon, Belvedere and Monterey and Santa Cruz counties.

Now, San Francisco is not known for being agricultural; neither is Oakland, Emeryville, Albany.....etc. etc. Some of these communities are very middle class-Oakland, Emeryville, El Sobrante, Daly City and Colma and some are the wealthiest in the state/country: Tiburon, Belvedere, and Piedmont. The one thing they all have in common is they are nowhere near (other than Monterey) agriculture. Not even close.
