2 limes juiced

1 tsp salt (I use nu-salt because of bp issues)

1/2 c cilantro (I mince afterwards and add more if desired)

1 tblsp garlic powder (I have also used 4 fresh cloves minced)

1 tblsp onion powder (I have grated 1/4 of a med onion instead)

1/4 c of olive oil (I also use a mix of olive and flaxseed oil

as well to change it up a bit)

Mix all together and enjoy.

It doesn't last very long so I make it a couple times a week and

I eat salad daily sometimes twice a day. It makes around 3/4 of

a cup and I add it to my salad as I like.

If cilantro is not your choice of herbs I am sure Tarragon or

Basil would work just as well.

Donna,

This is great. Thank you for posting it.

I have just started adding cilantro to my diet as it helps detox.

Thank you. I did as you suggested, found it, and forwarded the recipe to

myself.
