I have excessive ringing in the ears - and I do wonder if those mouse repellers - the ones you plug into the power outlets and produce sound that repel mice - even though we allegedly cannot hear them are actually bad for us? My gardener was suggesting we tried them as living in the country we have a constant mouse problem - does anyone know if these are harmful to us?

It is theworld's biggest radiotelescope. It operates at frequencies from 30to 240 MHz. It is located in Western Australian. It also deals inreionization of the atmosphere.
