Guest guest
Turkish Delight is confectionery made from sugar, cornflour, honey, tartaric acid, rosewater etc [traditional method]. It's rather like firm, cold, sticky jelly that is cut into squares and coated with icing sugar [or chocolate if you're divinely decadent]. There is a " quick method " that utilises gelatine or agar with sugar, citric acid and rosewater. Hope this helps [though I'm sure Butch is equally sweet and rosy!! - not that I've met him in person yet].
