If " real " , honest to God chocolate is used, it must be " tempered " . Not a

hard process I can describe to you if this is the case.

 

But, if you are using the grocesry store stuff, I would think you need to let

the berries come to room temperature and also let the chocolate cool a bit

before dipping. I've never used anything except the real macoy ( I'm a

chololatier ) when I made the dipped strawberries and truffels. Deonia

I went out and found some real chocolate at a gourmet shop. So where do

I go from here? Thanks for the help!
