Guest guest
Carol~ Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I also have fibro. Not fun. I do various things. I like to use both black pepper and ginger in blends for my fibro. I like black pepper and ylang ylang sounds strange but warming. Warming blends massaged very lightly. While deeper massage feels good at the time I usually suffer from it for up to 3 days after. If you have access to a warm water pool 92 degrees there are classes for fibro patients usually at a university sports med facility. I go almost everyday and work out from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. At first I complained about then time but in the long run I accomplished so much more. Most Dr will refer you to a PT for exercises that help. Exercises that strengthen the abs are usually very helpful. Begin slow, check with dr etc. Let me know how you do, and of course you may email me off list.
