Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I also have fibro.

Not fun. I do various things. I like to use both black pepper

and ginger in blends for my fibro. I like black pepper and ylang ylang

sounds strange but warming. Warming blends massaged very lightly.

While deeper massage feels good at the time I usually suffer from it for

up to 3 days after.

 

If you have access to a warm water pool 92 degrees there are classes

for fibro patients usually at a university sports med facility.

 

I go almost everyday and work out from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

At first I complained about then time but in the long run I accomplished so

much more.

 

Most Dr will refer you to a PT for exercises that help.

Exercises that strengthen the abs are usually very helpful. Begin slow,

check with dr etc.
