Good evening,

I do not post much but have been confronted with a situation that maybe some one

on the list can help me with:

I was contacted by an attorney that is representing a client.

Now on my site I have a goat milk bath seltzer that is named " Spring Showers "

for the only purpose that the fragrance oil used is named Spring Showers .

So the lawyer said his client wants consent to use the name Spring Showers

(the company I guess wants to trademark this name) but the name does use more

than just Spring Showers in it

I do not know how to confront this I just used a name of an fo now someone

wants consent

Can someone lend some guidance to this issue?

Do I need to change the name of one of my seltzers or maybe all that have common

names?

I just don't know

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated
