Guest guest
Hi folks, Thank you to all for the suggestions and light hearted conversation regarding my paraffin related stupidity (in plain English). I took a shower, then soaked my foot, put ice on the wax encased area and finally scraped it off. Then after I was able to get that fine layer of wax removed from the burn area I made a concoction of unrefined shea butter (thank you for the sample Margie over at Hill Country Haiku - it came not a moment too soon!) aloe vera gel, Lavender (angustifolia) EO and German Chamomile EO. Its is feeling much better now *Smile* Chris (list mom) PS .. The kitty is well fed and happy http://www.alittleolfactory.com
Guest guest
Chris, Happy to hear that all is well with the foot and the kitty. Sometimes I think their names should all be slippers because that is where they are most of the time. Underfoot!!!!!
