Guest guest
Hi Gea, I have much personal experience with mucus in the lungs and sinus areas that does not want to leave! I have many allergies! I have had the most success with herbs, however, although I do use essential oils in a diffuser like peppermint, eucalyptus globulus, myrtle, frankincense and sometimes amni visnaga. For the herbs, I prefer to use alcohol or glycerin extractions as they are easily assimilated by the body. I have swallowing pills. The ones that work for me are Elderberry, Mullein, Osha Root, and when all else fails Myrrh Gum. Tastes nasty, but after awhile you learn to love the taste, because they are so effective. Hope this helps. We have had great success when he gets a cold and use Helichrysum in a massage blend, withing hours he is coughing up all the mucus in his lungs , he asked me to order some as everyone in the office has a cold - but he hasn't seen the price - alittle is worth the price of avoiding a hospital stay, so I will order it if I can't find a substitute. No luck with Eucalyptus, some with Rosemary but not the same effect as the Helichrysum Thanks Gea
