OT: Eat More Possum ** Dawgs/Different Foods

Hey Shelley,

 

If this or any other email I send in the next few minutes shows up two

times its because is bouncing me .. and says its correct. They

were bouncing me (I think) because I put their ads on Blacklist.

That line makes a great front license plate for cars in states that are

kind enough to allow folks to choose the front one for themselves. Back

in another life, when I was driving my pickumup, hauling a Ranger 371V

w/150 HP Mariner and running the Bass Angler Tournament trail, folks

would spend almost as much time choosing their front license plate of

the day as they would their baseball cap. " Eat More Possum " was one of

my favorites.

Would make a gud'un - huh? Cows directly traffic around a dang slow

moving possum crossing the road. ;-p

PS: Possum and Coon are good meat .. if'n you barbecue them to get rid

of the fat. But then ... like the old' Mountain Mens used to say,

" Meat fair killed is meat to eat. " And I can recall a few times during

the 50s .. when lay offs were a norm .. folks around my part of America

relearned how to eat a lot of what their ancestors had considered as

normal table fare.
