I am going back to a meatless diet I was a vegetarian for 6 years when

I was younger and it has been a week now that I have been meatless.

I have to say that I feel more alive than I have in some time way more

energy! I am also doing a cleanse though so that could be it too...lol!

But you can definitly get enough protien eating beans and rice, soy,

and diffrent nuts and seeds at least that is what I think. All I have

though is experience nothing else.

It's hard to remember, it's hard to remember

We're alive for the first time

It's hard to remember were alive for the last time

It's hard to remember, it's hard to remember

To live before you die

It's hard to remember, it's hard to remember

That our lives are such a short time

It's hard to remember, it's hard to remember

When it takes such a long time

It's hard to remember, it's hard to remember:

Just as a note here: soy is not recommended by Doc as a food source.

Almonds are a MUCH better source of protein, and makes an absolutely delicious milk!! Better home-made as then you can ensure the almonds are sprouted first!

Herbal Remedies - was: Want to Lose Weight ....is now: i'd love to go "meatless"

Soy andtofu are both complete proteins. (Tofu is a nutritious, harmlessfermented soy derivative.)

So she went back to vegetarian, where sheallows herself milk and cheese and stuff like that. This isespecially important for her because she reacts to soy and it isn'ttoo hard but it is a little trickier to be a vegetarian and get enoughprotein when you can't do soy.Blessings,--Jeni-Laura aka Jyotiherbal remedies , elrick penn <elrickp> wrote:> Hi,> > That's all well and good...BUT..don't you need amino acids andprotiens etc from meat ( I mean you can only get certian ones frommeat ) I would love to go " meatless " myself, just curious..>
