(for Elrick) Want to Lose Weight - any suggestions?

Hi Elrick,

Now that you've been educated on amino acids and proteins, please keep in mind that your best amino acids/protein sources are in the plant based organic living foods kingdom.

.....meaning organic sprouted grains/organic beans/lentils/seeds/legumes/nuts including the coconut and its milk,

organic fruits/vegetables/

I stopped eating all flesh and animal products too...and lost 10 pounds the first week

of my organic raw diet.

Peta & All who are serious about losing weight...elimianting all meat from your diet is a guarantee for losing weight.

If you want to take it a step further, you should try raw organic food as much as possible.

 

Possibly your weight issues are connected to your thyroid problems? If so, you may just need to do the Total Body Cleanse - see the files for full information on this.

Herbal Remedies - Want to Lose Weight - any suggestions?

Hi All,I really would like to lose some weight as I thinkthis is my issue of tiredness, I do have iron andthyroid issues that are under control with meds butwould like to lose at least 15 - 20 Kgs, any ideaswould be greatful.Another thing is that I work 3 evening shifts (whichone involves working a morning and evening shift onthe same day) and I work an afternoon shift so mymeals can be erratic and as for fasting I am not quitesure that at this stage I could as I work 6 - 7 hourswithout a real break as I work on my own in aconvenience store.I am also an lacto-ovo vegetarian that eats fish.
