Hi All,I really would like to lose some weight as I thinkthis is my issue of tiredness, I do have iron andthyroid issues that are under control with meds butwould like to lose at least 15 - 20 Kgs, any ideaswould be greatful.Another thing is that I work 3 evening shifts (whichone involves working a morning and evening shift onthe same day) and I work an afternoon shift so mymeals can be erratic and as for fasting I am not quitesure that at this stage I could as I work 6 - 7 hourswithout a real break as I work on my own in aconvenience store.I am also an lacto-ovo vegetarian that eats fish.
