Guest guest
I have to second the raw milk thing. I know it sounds so basic, but I was always freezing. We are talking at least 7 blankets to sleep at night. I started taking raw milk a little over a month ago and I saw an immediate hormone shift. All of the xeno estrogens in my body we helping me freeze because they inhibited my bodies ability to make progesterone which is a warming hormone, as well as everything else that it does. Well, now I am not freezing anymore. Last night I slept with only two blankets. (Silly as that sounds for a victory you freezy people know what that means) Ramona Quoting Gina Kopera <ginakopera1: > You dont sound silly at all. Guest guest
Hi Ramona and others interested in this subject, May I add some clarification to this problem so you may have better understanding of the real problem at hand of getting cold. Each individual cell either is able to hold it's moisture inside it's self or it loses it's moisture to the outside of the cell structure. This is all determined by the osmotic pressure, which is regulated by the Sodium and Potassium ratio in the body. If the sodium is too high in ratio to potassium, the cell wants too hold on to too much water inside of it's self, allowing the body to stay warmer, this is good for staying warm in the winter time, but terrible in the hot summer time If the Potassium is too high in ratio to the Sodium, then the cell can not hold it's water and thus loses it's water to the outside of the cell structure, allowing the person to cool off in the summer time , but freeze in the winter time. Now we come to the subject of drinking milk out of the store: Cows milk which is commercially raised and processed , some times has Potassium Hydroxide added to it to raise the pH so it will keep longer for longer shelf life. So if one is drinking store milk and gets cold from it in the winter time, it is because of the added potassium hydroxide which upsets the sodium potassium ratios. As an added note, foods which are grown in a hot humid climate, will have a Higher natural level of Potassium to sodium. Foods which are grown in a cooler climate will contain a higher sodium to potassium ratio. The same food will vary to the climate it is grown in, this is why one should eat only foods fresh grown in your climate area, as then you will recieve more sodium when winter comes and more potassium when summer arrives from the same foods. But if you are living in a cold climate and you eat bannas and strawberries and other fruit which is grown in Hot weather, you will get too much potassium and this will cause your individual cells to not be able to retain their moisture and you will get cold and sick!! Smile Tis your choice now. herbal remedies , ramona@r... wrote: > > I have to second the raw milk thing. I know it sounds so basic, but I was > always freezing.
