Guest guest
I am new to health and organic eating, etc. I have a 5 yr old daughter and I was wondering, how to make sure her system doesn't get all gunked up like mine probably is. She seems to pick up sickness at school easily. I'm thinking that her intestines must already need cleansing, she's been a milk lover all of her 5 years, but I have just started learning all this information about dairy, processed foods, etc, so I have quite a job now turning around the diet that she's been used to all this time. So far, we have switched to only organic fruits and vegetables, but she loves her milk and ice cream so that one may take a little time to change. We tried rice milk, it didn't go over so well. Thanks, Joy

Guest guest
Maybe try goat milk? Do a search and you should be able to find it at your local store. It's much better than the other milk. Especially if you can find it raw. Guest guest
You can switch to organic milk and ice cream for a while. Also find in files Cleansing #3 for children. And I would say Total Nutrition is MUST for kids. It has everything and easy to take. See in Files. Guest guest
Hi Joy, I totally understand - I often have to make separate meals for myself and my 7-year-old as he simply refuses my good foods. But one thing you can start with is buying everything organic, including the milk and icecream. Not perfect, but one step in the right direction!! If she picks up illnesses easily, you may want to search for her source of stress - usually a person in her environment who's making her life miserable. There is always a mental/spiritual reason for illnesses which predisposes a person to them. love Lisa - joymail59 herbal remedies Thursday, November 03, 2005 2:59 PM Herbal Remedies - What about children and cleanses? Guest guest
--- Those are ingrediants of Vitanet: Ingredients: WATER, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS,(the most of corn production is GM now, not safe) PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED CANOLA OIL,(needless to say anything about hydrogenated oils, and canola oil is not for human consumption) POTASSIUM CASEINATE ( A MILK DERIVATIVE - Milk Protein ??????) ISOLATED SOY PROTEIN,(even if it is organic it could have traces of GM Soy. 90%of soy in USA is GM) TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE,???? DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE,???? SALT (table salt is more poison than food) CARRAGEENAN (colodial extract from see alge) MONO- AND DIGLYCERIDES (if it is in natural fat it is ok, but the most of them are produced artificialy) GUAR GUM, SODIUM STEAROYL LACTYLATE,(can you even pronounce this one if you cant do not eat) CALCIUM D-PANTOTHENATE,(this is not natural calcium and body can't use it) VITAMIN A PALMITATE (salt of palmitic acid) , VITAMIN D3, RIBOFLAVIN (if it is in natural form is very good, but artificialy produced body can hardly use) PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (Vitamin B6 and hydrochloric acid) THIAMINE MONOITRATE, ANNATTO COLOR AND VITAMIN B12. Maybe organic milk sometimes would be better choice for those who can tolerate milk. If they can't it should be corrected by better diet and cleanse.
