Hi, I am Kim from Florida and I have a few questions. I am having information overload. There are so many things to watch out for. Cleansing, PH, diet, vitamins, colon, heart, liver health, etc. I was just wondering how you fit them all in. Right now I am taking a multivitamin from Natures Plus, alkaline drops for PH (which seems to really help my sinuses), and eat around 60% organic. But, I still am trying to lose weight, have skin problems, and a few other problems. I have done herbal "whole body cleanses" from the health food store, I have extra BM's while taking them but other than that I feel the same. Everything I read seems to make me think something different every. Any help?

Thanks,

Kim

Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. The Constitution guarantees you the right to be your own physician and toprescribe for your own health. We are not medical doctors although MDs are welcome to post here as long as they behave themselves. Any opinions put forth by the list members are exactly that, and any person following the advice of anyone posting here does so at their own risk. It is up to you to educate yourself. It is very simple, if you do Total Body Cleanse, you took care of everything at the same time. And adjust your diet, start to excercise. See Article Health for Life in the Files.
