Hey Kathy,

My dad has serious lung problems (COPD) and is ventilator dependent, so we

do a lot to keep his lungs clear and also to boost his immune system. So

I'm gonna tell you what works for us. We've used most of these on the more

" well " members of the family too. We have seriously gotten dad through full

blown pneumonia at home, and in 3 days to boot.

We use the total tonic. When we first mixed it up we used the mash and then

as soon as it had " steeped " a couple weeks we switched to just the liquid as

a tincture. The mash will make you gag, but it will also get you well! I

recommend chasing it with grape juice. There are directions for making it

and dosage on the website. Also, if you're both still sick you can puree

fresh garlic and mix it with Vaseline and put it on your feet. We do that

and put thick socks on for the night(yes, you're gonna stink!). The sulfur

in the garlic helps oxygenate the blood (which pneumonia can prevent).

Dad's respiratory therapist thinks the Vaseline probably also helps with

circulation because it simply heats the feet up.

I also recommend a super greens product. We've used several and I think

that's what Doc's Total Nutrition mainly is. In addition to that, we use

lots of Echinacea, Elderberry, and Vitamin C. We're on and off with fresh

carrot juice, but it will definitely help with boosting immune system. Oh,

I almost forgot...for lung clarity...until you're cleared up, stay away from

dairy products. They increase secretions.

Best wishes! Michelle
