For l know my diet aint the best but l am trying to change it.. ********* I don't know for sure about in Australia, but in the U.S.A. most of the " supermarket " multi-vitamins are nothing more than junk. The supposed vitamins in them are usually isolated synthetics, including " B " and " E " vitamins which are derived from coal tars. They usually have numerous chemical additives in them too, some of which I consider to be harmful. If you wish to take vitamins to supplement your diet, I would look for ones that are made from 100% Whole Foods. These are supplements that are derived from actual foods and contain all the nutrients and components of those foods..... I believe the body recognises and utilizes these vitamins (since they are from food), and they do not cause harm, such as is possible from the synthetic chemical " vitamins " sold in most supermarkets (in the U.S.A.). 100% Whole Food supplements will be more expensive tho, as the synthetic chemical vitamins are much cheaper to produce....
