Guest guest
Hi there: I really appreciate your help, with my blah feeling. But how much do you take, and when is the best time of day. Also does it make one tired? Would it be better to take it in A.M. or night time. Thanks so very, very much. You are a good friend. Guest guest
Hello Sweetie: I did not see your reply until now. My recommendation is as follows: 1. Vitamin B1 Thiamine dosage 50-100 mgs. daily. or 2. Vitamin B-Complex tablets dosage one tablet daily (Schiff is good). It really doesn't matter what time you take the Vitamin(s); take when you are relaxed so the pill gets absorbed well. Other ways to get the B-Complex Vitamin are by: a. Brewer's Yeast tablets or granuales and/or b. Brown-Rice daily. The other key to the B-Vits. is to avoid drinking alcohol; as Alcohol is the number one substance that depletes the B-Vitmains; esp " B1 " . Foods high in B-Complex are: Peas, Legumes; grains seeds nuts pork.--- In herbal remedies , " sweetiepie_an " <sweetiepie_an> wrote: > > Hi there: > I really appreciate your help, with my blah feeling. Guest guest
ps If it is a Thiamine Vitamin B1 deficiency that is causing your " blahs " ; and you begin the Thiamine Vitamin B1 therapy; then you should begin to feel much improved in 7 days or so. If after beginning the Vitamin B1 Thiamine you do not feel much better within 30 days then another protocol should be followed. Here is another Natural-Protocol for increasing the good-vibes: 1. Get out into the sunlight every day for atleast 1/2 hours. 2. Keep your curtains open during the day to allow sunlight in. 3. Keep lights on during the day indoors; reduce lights at night. Tip: Sunlight(or any light)increases Naturally ones' level of Serotonin...Serotonin is " the mood feel-good chemical " . Darkness increases natural-levels of Melatonin; " the sleep-chemical.
