Guest guest
I've been reading up on the intestinal cleanse and have a question about the herbs used. It calls for Black Walnut hulls, but I'm allergic to walnuts. I've been told that my allergy is severe enough that I should carry an epipen, but the worse reaction I've ever gotten is an itchy throat when I eat a walnut. I avoid them, but don't worry about products that have been manufactured on the same equipment with walnuts. So my question is, Do I need to find another formula or should I not worry about it? Guest guest
Vivian- I would say that this is a non-issue. However I would start slow and take one capsule the first night and monitor yourself. Also let someone close know what you are doing, just in case there is a problem. When you get a little further down your path, considering doing some liver cleanses.... these will help to eliminate your allergies.... but the first step is to fully cleanse your intestines... and you seem to be on your way here...
