Guest guest
I fell recently in a parking lot. My feet went out from under me, and I landed on my bottom side, although I didn't hurt that part of my body. The palms of my hands caught my fall, and I have been having soreness up my right arm, and it seems more in that elbow. I went to a chiro two times, but am still having issues. Does anyone have an idea for this? Thanks a bunch! Guest guest
Hi hope you feel better! The best thing to do is: Rest a lot. That is really all you can do...do not do strenous manuel chores such as yard-work or floor-mopping etc. Keep arms warm/wear sweaters. When sitting keep arms elevated on chair-arms/exercise the hands. You can soak your hands in a bowl of warm water/Epsom's Salts. herbal remedies , " Janet " <ebbs@s...> wrote: > > > > I fell recently in a parking lot.
