I'm resending as I had the wrong subject in the subject line. Thanks!

I fell recently in a parking lot. My feet went out from under me, and I landed on my bottom side, although I didn't hurt that part of my body. The palms of my hands caught my fall, and I have been having soreness up my right arm, and it seems more in that elbow. I went to a chiro two times, but am still having issues. Does anyone have an idea for this? Thanks a bunch!

Try icing a few times a day assuming you

didn't crack some small bones. If you

don't have any discoloration you probably just need some time to heal up

from the jolt.

Everything up here is ice now and falling

is one of my biggest fears. I would try

everything not to hit my head...broken

arms etc heal but a concussion or

fractured skull terrifies me.

If you get a cure for that I would love it I fell over

5 year ago and both my elbows still bother me and I

have tried everything
