Guest guest
from what i recently read ... i would buy the book by johanna budwig : flaxoil as true aid against arthritis . it does not just cover arthritis . dont let the title fool you . you only need to read the first part [ there are 3 ] . i think you will see improvement in a few weeks . she also has a cookbook out [ the oil protein diet ] . there she gives ideas on how to put her idea into food for daily eating . gab in fl Version: 7.1.371 / Virus Database: 267.14.1/206 - Release 12/16/2005
Guest guest
My sister has the same problem as your daughter. She has improved tremendously by going to a whole live food diet. Her doctors had her on several drugs and now she takes one or two. She also takes some supplements - here's what I can recall from memory - B vitamins, folic acid, fish oil, good quality food based multiple vitamin - probably a few others that I don't recall at the moment. Soft drinks will cause the kidney stones you are speaking about. Again, this is from experience. My son drinks Mountain Dew and has problems with kidney stones. The doctors told him it was from soft drinks and Mountain Dew is one of the worse one to cause kidney stones.
