Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am completely new here, but I am also desperate. I have extreme anger, anxiety, depression, and I am very irritable with no justifiable reason. I know all of these things are linked together and caused by chemical imbalance. What I don't know is what natural herbs are out there that work to help stabilize this. It is severely affecting my marriage and family relations and most recently my job. Please, I need help ASAP. I am starting to take Vitamin B supplements but what else can I take to help this? Buggha

Guest guest
Buggha- I would look into a comprehensive intestinal cleanse. And at the same time I would incorporate fresh organic juices into your diet. Also I would make as much a part of your diet as you can, raw fruits and veggies. After you do this for a few weeks, you should detox your liver. This is usually the organ that is responsible for anxiety/depression. This will start to attack the root cause of your problem. If you attack it with "symptom remedies" either natural or synthetic, your body will need these solutions on an on-going basis. If you start treating your body as a whole and getting towards a more healthy, organic lifestyle your body will handle all symptoms by itself.... Doc's (the List owner) 5 step program is a great start. Most information is in the files section. 1. Total Nutrition 2. Total Tonic 3. Echinacea 4. Body Balance (formerly known as Panther Piss) 5. Intestinal Cleanse #1 Hope this helps, Rob herbal remedies [herbal remedies ]On Behalf Of bugghababyMonday, December 19, 2005 2:58 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Depression/AngerHello Everyone,I am completely new here, but I am also desperate. Guest guest
When I wa depressed and angery at the world I took up some hobbies and when needed I ate a can of Salmon because I heard salmon oil was good for depretion. It worked for me and also find a neutral person you can talk to that also helped me. Guest guest
I went through that phase too. I took Dong Quai a chinese herb that is supposed to balance female hormones.... it was a " happy hormone " for me..While I was taking it, I was in a state of bliss......sincce I was asked to take it daily at the initial stage, it also increased my appetite and I put on a bit of weight as a result...happy people are also generally a bit tubby I guess. Once this aggresion subsides Dong Quai can be taken one or twice a week as maintenance. I would also recommend Indian pennywort and yogurt as natural rememdies. Yougurt balances the ph. try these.. herbal remedies , " bugghababy " <bugghababy> wrote: > > Hello Everyone, > > I am completely new here, but I am also desperate. Guest guest
Buggha, Your blood may be too acidic. Start by going out and betting some barley grass powder or some wheat grass powder. I'd mix it with apple juice and regardless of the taste, just shoot it down, make about 8 oz total each time mixing in about a tablespoon of the green stuff. Drink it at least 3 times a day. Also comsume about 1000 mg of calcium a couple of times per day. to calm your nerve endings. Take it with water and a little organic apple cider vinegar. You can eat sweet potatos or take yam drops and other happy foods like turkey, broccoli and regular potatoes. If you feel really stressed, you can take a hot bath with empsom salts in it (follow directions on box). When you are stressed or angry your body creats positive ions, the epsom salt it negative ions, so if you put your positive ion body in the negative ion bath, then that should neutralize and help you feel better. Lay down when you feel your self starting to feel adgitated and breathe deeply, focus your thoughts on something positive. If you cant lay down and recognize the building anger, say to your self or out loud 'STOP', then find a positive thought in the moment. Guest guest
I was on buspar for several years until I found magnesium. I take 200-250 mg twicea day and got off of the buspar. It also helps to eliminate caffeine, sugar, and a few other things from your diet that depletes magnesium.......diet soda for one. Best I felt in years. I take a 1:1 ratio of magesium and calcium. I buy NOW brand and get a great price on www.vitaglo.com. I mix it with a little stevia in water. Another person who talks about magnesium and depression is a guy named George Eby. He is really interesting and if you go to his site www.coldcure.com he has tons of information on his left bar about magesium and how it helped him. I dont' think he sells it though. He is a retired scientist who came up with a formula for the common cold. So don't think you have the wrong site if you go to it. Look on the left side bar and he has tons of other information. Guest guest
Try using 5HTP. Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Don't eat for half hour to an hour. Dosage will vary, perhaps 50 or 100 mg. Stick with it. I can now get through the winter without hitting bottom with depression.bugghababy <bugghababy wrote: Hello Everyone,I am completely new here, but I am also desperate.
