Guest guest
Is the kidneys connected to the feet? Reason why I ask, I have had a problem with the heal of my one foot for several months, getting rid of it isn't to easy or I have not found the right thing. I started a fast 8 days ago and the first several the pain was diminishing then it started coming back and today is worse then it was to begin with. I haven't change much of my activity either. this week I have been focusing on the kidneys and I cant say that I have ever focused on them as much as this and today something came over me when I was taking the kidney tincture I am not taking enough so I tripled it and today I have had the most pain in my foot ever. Can anyone make sense of this? Thank You Gina DSL Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less
Guest guest
Gina, I don't know much about reflexology, but I do know that the kidneys are connected to the feet. High blood glucose can cause nerve damage and poor circulation. Some things you can do to help your feet are to wash your feet in warm water every day (and dry well), keep your feet moisturized with like a natural cocoa butter type cream, and make sure you protect the feet by wearing socks and shoes at all time. I bet Doc can suggest some herbs to also help with glucose and circulation. PaulaGina Kopera <ginakopera1 wrote: Is the kidneys connected to the feet? Guest guest
Gina, Your nerve endings are in your hands and feet, so yes, your kidneys could be stimulated by a reflexologist. I can't say if the pain in your foot now is related, but it could be. I recently loaned out my reflexology book, so I can't check where the pain would be in relation, and you didn't mention where the pain was, but I am sure there would be a reflexology chart online someplace though. fft herbal remedies , Gina Kopera <ginakopera1> wrote: > > Is the kidneys connected to the feet? Guest guest
Hi Gina: All the nerve endings in the body are not only in the feet, but in the hands, eyes and ears. I hope that I can explain where the kidney point is...find the arch of you foot and move your thumb almost to the centre of the foot, you may have to poke and probe around, by pushing with your thumb if it hurts when you are pushing on this area, rotate the thumb and them lift. You may feel like there are chips of crystal in your foot, keep massaging it. You can also push hard on the point and keep pushing until the pain eases up. If it is too painful work at it once in awhile, when you are sitting watching the tube or reading. OR take a bottle like a coke bottle and roll it on the floor with your foot. This will hit all the pressure points. Do not forget to do the other foot too. Remember, left foot is the left kidney, right foot is the right kidney. Sometimes when you are doing a cleansing fast we start to feel like a million dollars and then we feel worst than before, more ache and pains. GO through with the cleanse do not stop, you may be going through a healing crisis. This is good...you will start feeling better. Keep up. Guest guest
Here is a nice page with a foot reflexology chart on it.. you can see the kidney reflex is in the middle of the foot. is it possible you have some gout symptoms, due to releasing something into your bloodstream, because of your cleanse? Someone here may know the answer.. : ) A handful a day of Black Cherries, or drinking black cherry juice are said to be good for gout. The two things I have found helped with my own chronic heel pain, are MSM (a sulfphur compound), and InfraRed Light. (880nm IR, from an LED device). Taking about a gram of MSM a couple times a day, quickly removed my chronic heal pain; it came back if I stopped taking it, but not as bad. Guest guest
Dear Gina, You are most welcome, and I appreciate your input to the list. Yes! The Lemon Egg Recipe is what you need for the additional Cal-Mag for your system. You may want to continue using the Intestinal Cleanse recipe as in the files as this will keep you regular = 2 to 4 BM's a day. If I remember aright, you are a Schulze afficionado ;-) so his Intestinal Corrective Formula #1 would work as well. My Intestinal Cleanse recipe of course also has the anti-parasite herbs in it so it has extra punch. But either of these will keep you regular, and neither is addictive like a laxative is. Glad you managed to connect up with Bob to get your farm fresh eggs. Have you ever been on a Calcium / Magnesium supplement??? Those who've had MS as you have had, need extra Calcium and Magnesium and you really need to watch your Acid / Alkaline ratio to ensure you're not sliding too far over to the Acid side of the scale. In your case, I wouldn't allow you to go below 6.5 Having pH strips on hand would be helpful. With an all veggie diet, The Body Balance + formula (the old Panther Piss Remedy) would ensure you didn't go below that range. Also, Jasmina discovered a short while ago, that many of the Distilled Water manufacturers out there allow their water to get too acid by over exposure to the air and Carbon Dioxide. Guest guest
Body Balance + To my knowledge, the original formula was developed by Dr. Bernard Jensen over 40 years ago, and when first tried by an early test case patient, that individual humorously labeled it Panther Piss because of its taste and looks. Because I upgraded the formula in a small way and to make it more descriptive of what it actually does, I renamed it Body Balance + Regardless of the name, this formula works wonders with several physical conditions including but not limited to Arthritis, Migraine, Allergies, Headache, Hyper-Acidity (throughout the body), Osteoporosis, and is even effective in helping to curtail a cold or flu when used with other herbs. This formula is awesome, and should be in everyone’s medicine chest or refrigerator. Panther Piss Formula 1 – Pint of Organic Blackstrap Molasses 1 – Pint of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 3 - Dropperfuls of Black Walnut Tincture All you have to do is mix the three ingredients together and then stir. Store your mixture in a mason jar or some other glass container. Refrigeration is not necessary but can be done if you prefer it cold as some do. The suggested dosage is between two and three tablespoons a day. If suffering from Arthritis, Osteoporosis or Migraine, I’d recommend starting off with three, (one before each meal) and continue for a month. After the first month it would then be best to cut back to two tablespoons (one in the morning, and one at night) which is the maintenance dosage. This formula works and has saved many an expensive trip to the Medico. It is also advisable to take Vitamin E with this formula, to compensate for the effects of the organic Iron in the Molasses.
