Guest guest
A low calcium level can cause muscles spasms. The lemon calcium is what I consider the best way to add more calcium to your diet. It is in the files on how to make it. I like it using it as lemon aid. (Use raw honey as the sweetener if you can, it tastes great). I just clean all my egg shells and use fresh squeezed lemon juice (organic) to make it. We use eggs daily here and are never lacking for shells. A long time ago, I had read that egg shells are the best and most efficient form of calcium our bodies can assimilate. Nature/natural is always best! Kimi**********************************************************************************************************************************"Nothing in my hand I bring. Guest guest
Vanessa, you might want to try a combination of some st johnswort oil with a little lobelia tincture in it and use it externally on your next to try to stop the spasms.
