Tonsils Sciatic Nerves - #40 Reflex Area Sciatic nerves Back of the leg, at the same level as anklebone, and work up a 4" - 6". And also behind the outside anklebone of each foot. And also along the outside edge of the foot, working upwards towards the center of the foot. Also the entire area of the heal. Sciatica - acute Outside entire length of the leg, up to hip if necessary. Begin at anklebone and work up. Then the inside of the leg (beginning at inside anklebone). The hip area - place approx. 2" from the base of spine and apply pressure to hip joint and press firmly. Deep massage may bring relief. Urinary System - #25 for kidneys Reflex Area Kidneys, ureters, and bladder Begin at bladder area, go up to the ureter area, and then to the kidney area. Also massage the adrenal gland. Check #25 for kidneys & #40 for Sciatic Area......................................................... Reflexology is based on the theory that is the body is in a healthy condition, with no congestion in it, it will be manifested by tender areas in the feet. This tenderness is caused by crystalline deposits which form at the nerve endings in the feet. They may be acid or alkaline in character, but they do denote congested areas in the body, and this congestion interferes with the circulation of the body. Deposits must be worked out in order to improve the circulation. These deposits will be noticed as tender spots. The purpose in doing compression foot massage is to break up these deposits (or crush them) so that they may become solvent and be carried away with the rest of the waste material in the body. Since the body works as a unit, the malfunctioning of even one part of the body will affect the rest of it. It is important to use pressure when massaging in order to make the right contact with the deposits, thereby helping them to dissolve. The amount of pressure varies, usually from two to ten pounds. The amount of pressure will also depend on the tenderness of the feet and hands. All parts of the nervous system are bound together by connective pathways; so massaging one area will also help to relax many other areas. One natural way of helping to remove the deposits is to walk barefoot every chance you get. Nature intended us to walk barefoot, but we wear shoes while encouraging deposits to form. Be sure to be in a comfortable position during a massage. Having a reclining chair with your feet elevated would give the greatest benefits. Reason why I ask, I have had a problem with the heal of my one foot for several months, getting rid of it isn't to easy or I have not found the right thing. I started a fast 8 days ago and the first several the pain was diminishing then it started coming back and today is worse than it was to begin with. I haven't changed much of my activity either. this week I have been focusing on the kidneys and I can't say that I have ever focused on them as much as this and today something came over me when I was taking the kidney tincture I am not taking enough so I tripled it and today I have had the most pain in my foot ever. Can anyone make sense of this? Thank You Gina DSL Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less
