Guest guest
Hi guys, Mayabe you can help. I need a cure for insomnia... stronger than lobelia... something that does not include valerian or passion flower, although I know these are great herbs. I have a compound sleep problem - since getting surgery a few months ago, I seem to need a total of 12 hours of sleep in order to be fully rested. However, sometimes the body does not sleep and will be up all night. Sometimes I wake up after 8 hours (when I still need more) and my stomach is rumbling around and I have abdominal pains, and this keeps me up. Other times, I sleep too lightly (any noise wakes me up) or bad dreams... or just keep waking up, tossing & turning, every hour. I need a terminated handle for this, please help thank you, Lane
Guest guest
What has really worked like a charm for is: Orthonine a supplement from your health food store, I learned about that from Dr Hulda Clarke at www.curezone.com from the liver Flush section. The other thing that helped my too is stand outside on the bare ground, Dr Christopher said we loss the earth natural electricity thorough our bodies from rubber sole shoes and it causes insomnia. There is alot to be said for that one give it a try, its free. Sincerely GinaLane Eddington <goldenpoems wrote: Hi guys,Mayabe you can help. Guest guest
Hi Lane! What my Halfside and I use is Melatonin. We both take 6 mgs just before bed. It is a natural sleep enhancer and if used in a dark bedroom will work well. Possibly adding valerian and lobelia could increase the potency. Guest guest
Hi Lane: If I cannot sleep I take a table spoon of raw honey. Then on my way back to bed go the aromatherapy cupboard and then I put a drop or two of lavender essential oil on a tissue hop into bed and place the tissue over my nose and next thing I know it is morning. Also you can Kundilini yoga, but get a qualified instructor for this yoga. Sweet dreams, Megan Find your next car at Canada Autos
