point injection needles from france/germany

Hi,

 

A while ago somebody posted the details of a company in france or

germany that was manufacturing fine, hollow acupuncture needles with a

small bag at the top for point injection.

 

does anyone know the website or contact details of this company, as i

have been having tremendous difficulty in finding them.
