Guest guest
I have an auriculotherapy chart by Nogier showing the prostaglandin point 1 (P.P.1) " floating " above the apex of the ear. I am not sure if the location of the point is the apex of the ear, or if they are trying to represent it behind the ear? Anyone familiar with this point. The point is represented as open circle that typically means the point is on an elevated surface. John
Guest guest
The prostaglandin point is definitely not behind the ear. I don't have Nogier's book in front of me, but my other sources were both students of his work. One source lists the location on the apex of the helix (you were right about the raised surface). The other lists two location: Prostaglandin 1 - underside of ear lobe where actual ear joins lower jaw; Prostaglandin 2 - on the head, superior to apex of the ear.
