Ideas for presenting Acupuncture to Children

I would be careful about presenting earthworm and scorpion depending on the

age group. Remember they are going to tell people a long time that we make them

eat earthworms and scorpions which might turn off children and adults.

 

I agree with the other fun things that let them have hands on. I was

fortunate to have someone with a headache and I was able to teach them how to

use Hegu

and GB 20 BL 10 acupressure for headaches. One of the kids is now a teenager

and became my patient last year and she reminded me that I taught her that

technique when she was 10 and she has used it on many people since then.

 

Tongues are great and they love bells and whistles so acupoint finders are

great for any health fair.
