I'm not Butch, couldn't even pretend to be Butch, but judging from his

" Peash " letter he sent, he may not be in any condition to answer this! ROFLMAO!

Make up a little at a time... a little will go a long way... take a

tablespoon of your rosehip and to that add ONE drop of your Heli. For point of

Reference, one tablespoon of Carrier oil is good for a whole body massage for an

average person.

So just make up a little at a time, that way you don't waste much.

Hope that helps until Butch can sober up long enough to answer! ROFLMAO!

Cheers!

Hi Butch,

I just purchased both of these items from you, and wonder if you could tell

me what amounts/ratio of each you would use together, and would you then add

this to a carrier oil, or use it neat, and how much to an application, how

often?

I'm new to essential oils, so I need baby steps.

I bought so many oils, and a couple books, but have not had the time to

seriously study them much to put them to practical use.

I'm glad you're back. :)
