Lavender is supposed to help w/relaxation & headaches (even migraines). I like to keep mine in the freezer for the eyes, but the bigger ones are wonderful heated in the microwave. Of course Woobey Queen makes them too! Hope you feel better! I have had people request that I put rice in it, but this was for the lady who used it on the back of her neck for headaches. So I think it is just personal preference and what purpose they are using it for. Know I couldn't sleep without mine.
