OT Meat tenderiser (was Urine Comment)

G'day all.

 

Apropos using urine on jelly fish stings - most lifesaver stations on our

beaches in Aus have a bottle of vinegar available.

 

To the point of my subject heading. Many years ago, I worked in Africa,

where the meat supplied was, shall we say, not the best. (You don't want to

hear any more than that!) So, with our weekly food order, we ordered meat

tenderiser. Next delivery - three of those handy dandy meat mallets!
