Guest guest
I've been using coral calcium thinking it was balancing my body ph - I just read on the " quack watch " site that all the stuff out on it is bunk. So.... is it worth the money spent on taking it or not? If not, then what should one be taking? Also, is there another product that uses wolf berries, besides the juice & the products from YL? They are soooo expensive! My purse doesn't hold enough coins! I love the juice tho. Could drink it all in one day! Thank for any help/advice. Ardis B. Guest guest
Be wary of Coral Calcium. A number of them have been tested and have lead in them so I would go to other forms. Most good brands of calcium are not from " ground rock " . Calcium citrate is an easily absorbed form. Get adequate vitamin D as well around 800 IU daily at a bare minimum. The claims over the years for coral calcium are so bogus that some of the promoters have spent time in jail. People in Okinawa don't live longer because of coral calcium. That is a bogus claim. Guest guest
Thanks for the info, I will do some research when I get time. I hope people in these states are taking heed of this storm brewing, it might possibly be much worse than it looks. http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/day3otlk.html Please stay tuned to your local news and do a battery run, etc. Good luck to all in those states.
