Hi Ardis,

Welcome to the list. Glad to have you aboard. Get comfy and make

yourself right at home.

From everything I've heard (not from Quakwatch either BTW) from folks I

know who are nutritionists, holistic doctors, etc .. they all say coral

calcium is crapola. If you are looking for calcium supplementation (in

addition to good food) then calcium citrate with a 1:1 ratio of

magnesium is a much better way to go.

Now for pH balancing - raw apple cider vinegar is one of the best things

for keeping the body's acid-alkaline balance. It actually has MANY

health benefits. The ability to help keep a good Ph balance is just one

of them. Hippocrates considered it a healing elixir. I'll try to get

some info on the benefits of raw apple cider vinegar posted a bit later

:)

I've also heard of kambucha tea and molasses being a tonic good for

creating a proper body Ph balance (a cup each blended and then 4-6Tbsp

of that taken daily)
