Guest guest
With Easter right around the corner I thought I'd post my marzipan recipe - made with Rose Hydrosol: Blend equal parts finely ground almonds and confectioners sugar. Add enough Rose Hydrosol (I use Turkish - will try it with the White Rose too to make a consistency that will hold a shape. That's it! Form it into a log, wrap it natural parchment baking paper and then cellophane wrap it. Use as you would store bought marzipan - shape into cute little edible shapes, make a cake with it ... Use your imagination *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com
