That's it, I'm going to hell.

Seems all my friends are on diets of some sort, and well, I just love

to tinker with new things. And well years ago a friend was planning

her wedding and I kept hearing about 'fondant' icing. Well, it stuck

in my mind and I kept wondering about 'Fondant' Icing, and just had

to try. (Home made sourdough – croissants are next.)

So, Sunday, I made a batch. Now, it's supposed to be in the fridge

for a week to set. Well, I just had to play with it yesterday.

Anyway, fondant is what's inside a peppermint patty (course you add

some peppermint oil.)

So anyway, I ended up with this plain o' blank fondant and decided to

split it up add a little vanilla to one, and rose otto to the other.

Then I rolled them in little balls, and dipped them in dark

chocolate. Some vanilla filled chocolate balls, other rose filled

chocolate balls.

Well…

I'll just say I don't have any left.

Next, I'm thinking of making a triple layer rose cake, with layers of

fondant, but I can't decide if it should be vanilla or rose?

Why limit yourself? Do layers of both.

And please, don't boycott chocolate in this luscious preparation you

are teasing us with.

Some old timers will have seen this before, but reposting for the

benefit of new people.

------------

Re immune system stimulation

Some may find the following formula useful for stimulating the immune

system, in fact it may work better than most other aromatherapy

treatments for immune dysfunction.

Take about 300 grams of good quality (organic) plain bar chocolate.

Melt slowly over a bain maire or steamer.

For those with dry skin add a few lumps of pure cocoa butter.

When completely liquid, allow to cool until about 80 degrees F.

Add two teaspoons of an orange liqueur or Southern Comfort. Blend in

well until most of the alcohol has gone. Then add a teaspoon of

previously filtered coffee made from pure organic beans of course!

Immediately before using the blend add two drops of Turkish rose oil.

Use this blend while still warm and do a full body massage.

I have checked for potential adverse effects on the skin of coffee

and cocoa and in Mitchell & Rock few adverse effects are reported.

Of course you don't do this on someone known to be allergic to any of

the ingredients.

Finally, if used on a partner, lick the chocolate off, or have a

double shower to remove it. I will guarantee a night to remember and

the immune system effects will last a week or more.

Wow the fragrance-Now THAT'S what I call Aromatherapy.

Applications for clinical trials welcome.

International Patents applied for.
