any advice on MRSA

I have a close friend, had a " boil " type sore on her back. The

hospital ran a culture, and two weeks later, the results came back

MRSA. She is in her middle teens, and basically healthy, except for a

dermititis, excema rash always present on her stomach. The wound is

healing nicely, has been over two weeks, on her second course of

BactrimDS, and all seems to be healing nicely. Any knowledge and/or

advice would be appreciated. Thanks
