ACTION ALERT!!!!!

MARYLAND CIRCUIT COURT CROSSES THE

JUDICIAL LINE AND COLLABORATES WITH

STATE AGENCIES TO INTIMIDATE PARENTS

INTO COERCED CHILD VACCINATIONS!!!

Marylanders need protection from their government!

1. Support a personal belief exemption in Maryland that will protect

Maryland parents’ constitutional rights and freedoms against coerced

vaccinations!!!

2. Sign the Hands Off Our Kids Coalition Letter for Maryland from

Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and Physicians!!!!!

On November 17, 2007, the Circuit Court in Upper Marlboro in Prince George

County will step across the line of an unbiased judicial system and intimidate

Maryland parents into forcibly vaccinating their children without notifying

parents that they can opt out of the vaccinations on medical or religious

grounds.

The Court is holding the first of a set of hearings without formal summons, ‘

quasi’ hearings, that have only been advertised by the schools and health

department in a press release, to facilitate the schools’ and Health

Department

’s orchestrated round-up of parents who do no vaccinate their children.

The Court’s collaboration has gone so far as to promising to offer a judge’

s verbal reprimand to all parents that show up and offering Court facilities

for an on-site clinic for those parents who are intimidated into vaccinating

their child on- the- spot. No notice has been sent to parents of their

rights to opt out of the vaccinations based on religious and medical grounds.

The State’s attorney has already set the stage in the efforts to intimidate

by sending out a threatening letter to parents telling them that they are

aware that their children are about to be withdrawn from the public schools

because they have not provided proof that they have received all required

vaccinations, and telling them that unexcused absences by children may subject

parents to criminal charges and jail time of up to 10 days and fines as such as

$50 for each day a child is not in school, and that they should get their

children vaccinated to avoid prosecution.

Neither the state’s attorney letter, nor the school and Department of Health

press release has informed parents that Maryland parents can opt out of

vaccinations for their children on religious or medical grounds. MARYLAND

PARENTS WHO DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THEIR CHILDREN VACCINATED CAN ALREADY OBTAIN AN

EXEMPTION FROM IMMUNIZATION IF THEY CLAIM A RELIGIOUS OR MEDICAL REASON FOR

WANTING TO REFUSE VACCINATIONS. _http://www.vaclib.org/exempt/maryland.htm_

National Health Freedom Action (NHFA), _www.nationalhealthfreedom.org_

(http://www.nationalhealthfreedom.org/) views forcing parents to vaccinate

their

children before being able to access public education is an egregious abuse of

police power and smacks of a medical police state mentality! NHFA opposes

efforts by any government entity to infringe on the right of individuals to

make their own health care choices, or on the right of parents to make health

care decisions for their children. NHFA support the principles in many state

laws which give parents the right to philosophical exemptions from vaccine

schedules.

All states except West Virginia and Mississippi give parent the right to

exemptions based on religious beliefs. Eighteen (18) other states have a broad

category of exemption based on personal, philosophical, and conscientiously

health beliefs according to the national Vaccine Information Center

_www.NVIC.org_ (http://www.nvic.org/) . They are Arizona, Arkansas,

California,

Colorado Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North

Dakota,

Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.

Maryland needs this broader exemption for those families and parents who do

not want their children vaccinated. Maryland parents want to protect their

parental rights in making health care and safety decisions for their children.

Personal belief exemptions read like this:

“Immunization of any person, adult or child, shall not be required if the

vaccination is contrary to that person’s personal, philosophical, or

conscientiously held beliefs, or in the case of a minor child, those beliefs of

the

parent or guardian.â€

Support a personal belief exemption in

Maryland that will protect constitutional

personal freedoms and ban forced vaccinations!!

Get involved in your local or national health freedom

group and work to protect our health freedoms!
