Guest guest
I have used 35% food grade H202 for more than 10 years. I normally buy it by the gallon. I dilute it to 3% for everyday use like regular hydrogen peroxide. I only put it in the bath (1/3 cup to 1 cup of 35% food grade) when I am sick, or coming down with something. It is said to kill viruses and bacterial infections because these microorganisms cannot live in oxygen. On direct skin contact, 35% will cause minor burns so it must be handled with care. It must be diluted. Until you are used to handling it, wear gloves, and especially keep it away from your face and eyes! Don't open the bottle pointing at your face. It must be refrigerated to preserve the oxygen content. Some people will put it directly on warts, applying it twice a day for several days, intentionally burning off the wart. I have never tried this. As someone else posted, some people dilute it in water or juice. Not the kind you buy in drugstores! That kind can't be taken internally because it has additives in it. It's hard to tolerate food grade h202 when taken orally though. Here is how I take it, which I only do if I have a cold, flu, or some type of infection like strep: Drink about 4 - 6 oz. of water, (don't take on an empty or really full stomach) Put on a pair of gloves to protect hands Using an eyedropper, put in the specified number of drops in a gelatin capsule (must be 35% food grade) Take gelatin capsule immediately with a small quantity of water Wait 30 minutes before eating. I start off taking 2 drops three times a day, gradually increasing until I'm up to 20 drops 3 times a day or until I'm cured, whichever comes first. Usually the illness subsides way before I get to 20 drops. I personally haven't needed antibiotics in more than 10 years. The down side is that it is said to be an oxidizer. If you take it, try to not take it for extended periods, and make sure you are taking in plenty of anti-oxidants. I also use it for laundry and cleaning my kitchen, because I believe it is safer to use than bleach, which many people believe causes breast cancer. Currently I'm looking for a reliable source of the product by the gallon. My current supplier no longer ships the product, and some of the other companies that offer it are price gouging in my opinion. If anyone knows of a reliable supplier, can you please let me know? It's okay to email me off list. Susan , " James and Elizabeth Carlson " <peepers wrote: > > Has anyone experienced 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide baths ?
