Guest guest
Sonya, this may sound strange, but have you tried candleing the ear??I have had friends with hearing problems that couldet beleave what come out of the ears, and how much their hearng was improved..The candle is hollow, and the heat actually pulls the stuff out..It can be found in most healthfood stores.Darlene Sonya <talking2sonya Tuesday, February 19, 2008 5:09:57 AM Ears and head congestion Hello to all, Can anyone suggest a remedy for ear congestion, both ears but more so the left ear? This started with the flu. It came on suddenly with the feeling you get when pool water gets up your nose, then the body aches, coughing, sneezing etc... the feeling like I'd been run over by a truck. This lasted 3 and a half days, then I was able to function more and noticed the cold was on its way out. I have asthma, so the chest congestion is still there, the congested head and the ears. Any production is white. I am needing to use my rescue inhaler often... I used Nat. Sulph. 6X, with good results and just started taking kali bich 30c. I have also done the saline wash with peroxide for the nose and it hurts really badly. Any suggestions? Guest guest
Hi Sonya, I have found the peroxide drops in the ears to be very good but I don't think I would use them in my nose- I think that would be terrible. I will email my list of steps that I take to relieve sinus/ear congestion. After I let the peroxide finish fizzing in my ear, I then drain out the excess by tipping my head into a tissue, then I use garlic ear oil- this oil our family cannot be without- it has cured an ear problem that the doctor said needed antibiotics. It has mullein in it too which is great for ear pain. Instead of peroxide in the nose use a saltwater saline solution wiht a pinch of baking soda and 1 drop of grapefruit seed extract- this is anti-fungal and antibacterial. I have also put this same solution in my old nasal spray bottle and use it like crazy. I'll forward the other list I made for my sinus/ear problems. Good luck, Dianne - Sonya Tuesday, February 19, 2008 9:09 AM Ears and head congestion Hello to all, Can anyone suggest a remedy for ear congestion, both ears but more so the left ear? Guest guest
I agree the hydrogen peroxide used in the ears; let it bubble; then drain eaars is an excellent way to releive sinus also reduce SALT intake because SALT retains water; increas Pottasium by eating fruits and veggies esp. citrus;blow you nose often;drink tea , " Dianne Phillips " <phillipsd wrote: > > Hi Sonya, > I have found the peroxide drops in the ears to be very good but I don't think I would use them in my nose- I think that would be terrible. Guest guest
I know of two people one of which was my husband who had significant improvement with cutting dairy and wheat out of the diet. Gluten may be a culprit. We cut out all grains and he is now off his asthma meds except for a rescue about 2 times a week at most. My other friend in Maine had severe problems which resolved with this and acupuncture.

Guest guest
Ear candling is good when there is too much " liquid " in ear. However, if you have dry ears, it will dry them out more. It is not good for everyone or all occasions. GB , " Wani " <jocanas wrote: > > HI, > > > > Do a session of Ear Candling that is ALWAYS my first reaction any sign of a > cold.. Guest guest
On that note. For dry, itchy inner ears I use coconut oil. And get relief.
Guest guest
I get these ear congestions a lot, i was getting tired of alway getting them and not being able to cure them. I finally went to the doctor and he gave me some ear drops that got rid of it in a couple days, slowly but surely. But go to the doctor and see what they recomend. Guest guest
Thank you for sharing your experience.... In your response, you suggested going to the Dr. for drops (please understand that I am not upset or giving any negative tone) Being part of this group and being that I am making a personal choice to use alternatives to " western thinking " Because I have asthma, the first thing my dr would do is a high dose shot of antibiotics, a prescription, a steriod shot and a 21 supply of steriods. And oh, just in case we want to do a chest xray.... hello, this was supposed to be for my ears.... Please don't get me wrong, I will use a " dr " if everything else fails. however, I have an 11yo that has never been on any med's and my 14yo was on antibiotics once and was allerigic (and then I got wise) Again, I appieciate your kindness and time.... and if by chance I have misunderstood you, except my apologizes.
