Sonya,

Feel behind your ear. Just where it attaches to

your head, and just above your ear lobe.

Feel for the top rear edge of your jaw bone.

Behind your ear you will feel a hollow and then

the base of your skull. Between these two bones

is the hollow.

Press the hollow with a finger and then run the

finger down along behind your jaw bone. The jaw

bone will start to go forward. At that point

continue your finger pressure tracing downward

until about the tonsil level.

What you are pressing on is the tube which

connects your ear to your throat. If this

becomes inflamed or congested the normal drainage

through it will stop. By clearing it out, as I've

just described, it will clear it, allow it to

drain, and then to more easily heal itself.

Hello to all, Can anyone suggest a remedy for ear

congestion, both ears but more so the left ear?

This started with the flu. It came on suddenly

with the feeling you get when pool water gets up

your nose, then the body aches, coughing,

sneezing etc... the feeling like I'd been run

over by a truck. This lasted 3 and a half days,

then I was able to function more and noticed the

cold was on its way out. I have asthma, so the

chest congestion is still there, the congested

head and the ears. Any production is white. I am

needing to use my rescue inhaler often... I used

Nat. Sulph. 6X, with good results and just

started taking kali bich 30c. I have also done

the saline wash with peroxide for the nose and

it hurts really badly. Any suggestions? Sonya

Stephan,

Interesting indeed.... I have been doing this since I read your

post... I must really be full of it!! it feels really good to do it..

but I still have plugged ears. It didn't get full over night, so I

expect that in a couple days of pushing, the results should be better.

Thanks for your time,

Sonya

I do that too! I use garlic oil to massage the tube just as Stephen described.
