Guest guest
Does anyone have any suggestions for clearing up night time nasal congestion. This seems to be the time it bothers me most. Very annoying and disruptive to my sleep. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tiare.
Guest guest
I spray my nose with alka-vita nasal spray beforegoing to bed. Also take moringa oleifera fresh leaves tea which has a natural histidine that helps with allergies. You can buy this at Asian Stores at the frozen section it is called " horseradish leaves or malunggay leaves or drumstick leaves " . Guest guest
After two separate bouts of sinusitis which lead to pharyngitis and laryngitis, I bought a product called " Neil Med Sinus Rinse " from Walgreen's. It has proven to be one of the best $10 I have ever spent on myself. The kit comes with an irrigation bottle and packets of 2 kinds of sodium to heal and dry the sinuses. 100 pack refills are available for the same price. I use it faithfully now as it totally cleared my sinuses and healed the other problems without having to use antibiotics again. My older son has been plagued with bronchitis since he was a small child. He bought Neil Med and no longer experiences bronchitis coughing, sleeps better and his sinuses are healed. Both my husband and younger son bought their own kits to use as prevention against colds and upi's. None of us have experienced colds, sinus infections, UPI's, or flue this season. It is a product I would highly recommend for EVERY one. , melly banagale <tita_mel wrote: > > I spray my nose with alka-vita nasal spray beforegoing > to bed.
